Porterhouses are the king of steaks! They are essentially extra large T-bone steaks and are favorites in premiere steakhouses for their supreme flavor and tenderness. One side of the Porterhouse contains the New York steak, and the other side contains the Filet Mignon.

Don't forget to add a Cowgirl Seasoning, and to order a minimum of 5 lbs for all shipped orders.
