THE BEEF SAMPLER SUBSCRIPTION BOX - LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY (Greater Bozeman, Manhattan, Three Forks, Townsend)
The beef sampler subscription is the perfectly curated box of dry aged beef cuts, coming in two sizes: classic & medium. This box comes with a variety of easy-to-cook cuts (including premium steaks!) along with our Cowgirl Seasoning or finishing salt, and an ever-changing selection of recipe cards.
Classic boxes come with 6.5-7 lbs of dry aged beef to fit in small freezers, and medium boxes contain twice as much: 13-14 lbs. (We know it sounds like a lot, but 7 lbs of beef fits in a shoebox and you'll be stocked up for a while!)
Our dry aged beef is pasture raised and grass & locally grown non-GMO barley finished for maximum tenderness and flavor.
As a Farm Club member, you are our first priority. Each box is custom packed just for you, and we are happy to make substitutions when requested. You can also add extra lamb, beef, or ranch goods on to your box when it's in stock without paying for shipping, and you'll get 10% off every time you do.

Most Farm Club memberships are annual: they begin when you join, and end the last day of the calendar year. The exception is our beef + ranch goods subscribers; your memberships are continuous.
The Classic Beef Sampler Box contains:
2 ground beef
1 beef stew or fajita meat
1 package of beef + pork bratwurst, snack sticks, or charcuterie sausage
2 premium steaks (chosen from ribeye, t-bone, filet mignon, New York strip, Delmonico, and sirloin)
1-2 lbs of extras (chosen from grilling steaks, small roasts, shanks & other cuts)
Cowgirl seasoning or finishing salt
Total: 6.5-7 lbs of beef
The Medium Beef Sampler Box contains:
4 ground beef
1-2 beef stew or fajita meat
1-2 packages of beef + pork bratwurst
2 premium steaks (see options above)
2 grilling steaks (chosen from flat iron steak, flank steak, skirt steak, Denver steak, sirloin tip steak, round steak)
2-4 lb roast medley (chosen from brisket, tri-tip, chuck, short ribs, osso buco shanks, skirt steak, flank steak & more)
Cowgirl seasoning or finishing salt
Total: 13-14 lbs of beef
Farm Club boxes are delivered the first Monday of every month following billing. For example, if you sign up in early January, your box will be delivered the first Monday of February. If you sign up at the end of June, your box will be delivered the first Monday of July. We send an email the week prior to confirm details of your order. Just leave a cooler out for us the day of delivery, and we'll leave your beef inside! Your first order comes with a reusable insulated freezer bag.
What happens if I need to skip a shipment?
You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time. You'll have a customer account where you can manage all parts of your subscription. We can also delay shipment for up to two weeks if you will be out of town.
How is your beef shipped?
We ship our beef in curbside recyclable insulated box liners with dry ice to keep them frozen in transit. All our shipments are handled by UPS. Boxes arrive to you within 24-48 hours of leaving the ranch.
Can we change how frequently our subscription renews? Or change box sizes?
Yes, your subscription is completely flexible.

On occasion, substitutions may be necessary. Rest assured that we always substitute with a cut of equal or greater value.

About our beef:
Little Creek beef represents the best of two worlds. Our cattle are pasture raised and finished on grass, and are also supplemented with a light, locally grown barley ration for six months before harvest. This combination brings together the benefits of regenerative, pasture-based beef with unbeatable steakhouse flavor and tenderness.
