Also called the bavette, only two flank steaks come off each animal and they are customer favorites, so they often sell out quickly. Marinate your Flank Steak to further enhance the delicious flavor, then cut across the grain. This is the cut of choice for carne asada.

Don't forget to add a Cowgirl Seasoning, and to order a minimum of 5 lbs for all shipped orders.
