New York Steaks - also called New York Strips or Strip Steaks - are known for their "good bite." Tenderness and flavor meet in the middle here for a delicious, premium steak that is perfectly portioned. 

Don't forget to add a Cowgirl Seasoning, and to order a minimum of 5 lbs for all shipped orders.
