Hot honey, from the brand: this year's hot honey is made with a dash of our fermented garlic honey, fresh habaneros, and apple cider vinegar. We love to drizzle it over soft cheeses, add it to sauces, or use it in a morning cup of bone broth. The habañeros carry a very fruity spice, and their more pervasive heat, coupled with the garlic, activates the circulatory system.
Raw honey, from the brand: our honey is pure 100% raw Montana honey, made from nectar collected in the beautiful mountains of western Montana in the Clark Fork River Valley. Our honey is extracted and bottled into glass jars with minimal processing. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized.
