Dehydrated Sourdough Starter

We are so excited to share our dehydrated sourdough starter with you! It's exactly what it sounds like: an active, thriving starter dehydrated down to be shelf stable. You can rehydrate this starter (instructions come with) and have Little Creek sourdough wherever you are! We recommend using our Living Sky Rogue de Bordeaux flour for sourdough baking.
